Founded in 2016 by Brian and Robin Christenson, Blinking Owl Distillery produces award-winning spirits from locally sourced ingredients. The distillery offers a variety of whiskey, gin, vodka and aquavit products for sale online, as well as through their tasting room on site.

In addition to the distilled spirits available for purchase, Blinking Owl also operates an event space where visitors can attend educational seminars or participate in private tastings with experienced mixologists.
